Technology Development Fund (TDF) is a programme of MoD (Ministry of Defence) executed by DRDO meeting the requirements of Tri- Services, Defence Production and DRDO. Invest India is the Supporting Agency engaged by DRDO to support implementation of Technology Development Fund (TDF) Scheme.
Established by DRDO, the Directorate is headed by a Scientist G. It is responsible for rolling out each TDF project for which AoN has been accorded by the Empowered Committee, the monitoring of all projects under the TDF scheme, holding task owners accountable for delivery, identifying potential issues and resolving them through the committees concerned and maintaining a database of all the projects under TDF.
